What is your opion of kits table set or Josefina's

Hi does anyone have kits table and chair set ? If so what is it like? Is the top a sold piece or is it like the chairs? And does it seem well made . I dont see any of these on e-bayI wonder why. [img]graemlins/sure.gif[/img] Also does anyone have Josefina's set which do you like better and why?? Do the dolls Sit better on either one? We have Samantha's and Felicity's The dolls sometimes fall off Felicitys. But we still love the set. Thanks Diane [img]biggrin.gif[/img] Thinking of xmas...

I don't have Kit's set but I have seen it at AG Place. I lifted the chair, and it is really heavy, so I think it would cost a lot to send and that's why it's not on ebay a lot. I have Josefina's table, it's cute, but small! The dolls can't fit their legs under the table when they sit down, because the table is really meant for cooking on.

I have one of Kit's chairs and when I put the doll on it, the doll keeps slidding down the chair! it is annouying!!!! Sometimes I put a doll 10 times before it stays! But it never stays the way you want her too!

I love though the chairs for Samantha! the dolls fit nice and do not slide!! I vote to get for Samantha's chair and tables!!!

I just got Josefina's table from an eBay auction. I love the set, but as was already mentioned, the dolls can't put their feet under it and the chairs can't be pushed all the way in because the table legs are at the very corners of the table and there are connecting pieces across each side, from one leg to the next.

Kit's is adorable in person, too. But I have to agree that Sam's is best for holding a doll in place, even Bitty Baby, maybe because of the cushions and arm rests?

No one has mentioned Molly's or Felicity's table and chairs. Has anyone seen them and what do you think of them? I just love both of them.

Yes we have felicitys table and chairs and Samantha's . I like Samantha's the best . Felictys is very nice but again we have a hard time sometimes getting the dolls to stay put on the chairs unlike Sams chairs.Does anyone know about Addys set what that is like?I wish we could go to ag and see the things ourself. After what I have heard I wont be buying Kits set. I would think mollys would have the same promblem with there being nothing to hold the dolls on the chairs.What do you all think?Very intrested to see what others think Diane [img]smile.gif[/img]

I wanted Kit's table & chairs to use in Sam's Ice Cream parlor S&S, so took a careful look at them at AGPNY. They're behind glass so I couldn't really get a sense of how solid they are. But I did notice that where the metal arm attached to the chair, there was a rough spot. Like the metal kind of curled up when they soldered it? And I decided that if the DISPLAY model looked like that, I didn't want it. I made ice cream parlor tables & chairs by adding wooden tops to some dark green wrought iron flower pot holders that I found in a craft store. I, too, prefer Sam's wicker table and chairs in terms of putting an AG into the chair once and having her stay put!
